We have served men, women and youth in health and wellness in 5 states and Canada.
We have provided group training, boot camps, personal training, cooking classes, senior fitness, senior concierge services, nutrition consulting, supplementation, herbal consults and mentorship for athletic coaches.
We volunteer with the Nomi Network, Pink on Purpose, the United Way of Greater Houston and
Houston Angels
We have partnered with Free the Girls Org., the HPD Special Divisions, Hands N Harmony Wellness Center, the Kiona Foundation, Women of Color Film, Melanin Minds, Houston Equity Fund and the Pearland Innovation Hub.

Health and Healing are a part of the abundant life.
A big burden for me is seeing all of the underserved communities go without proper screening, medication and necessities. Wholistically Well wants to do its part in being a voice, a hand and a help to these areas within the city of Houston.
My goal is to provide education, supplies, testing and meds to those who:
don’t have insurance
are homeless
are sex workers
are girls exiting human trafficking
the low-income areas
Yes, we are the hands and feet for those who cannot do for themselves.
Our campaign will kickoff in January and you will be provided with the plan, 3 phases of development and the goal that needs to be met. We will have health providers and local support from businesses like Kiva U.S. and the organization, CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention)
