CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Class: “Breathe” an experience where exhales meet a relaxed body. Stretch your body, Empty your mind and offer support to your bones and joints in Breathe.
Class: “Alive” a throwback of 80s and 90s music with the hype of dance and aerobic movement. Something like a party but with sweat!
Class: “Lunch Boom” for the downtowners. Come in during lunch break and burn some calories. Get Hott but not too hot to return back to work.
