It can be a year ’round favorite but it’s definitely a fall and winter fav.

I love the very aroma of fall and all of it’s mushy goodness (colorful leaves, cozy socks, blankets, teas, nostalgic TV shows and the list goes on…)

You know that I’m always looking for ways that my SHE Warriors can enjoy their lives, tickle their taste buds and not jeopardize their health/healing.

So I’m here to give you an awesome delish recipe for peppermint mocha without all of the commercial calories and by adding a dash of NomaH to the mix you’re helping balance your hormone health.
Sounds like a win-win, right?

It is, check it out:

1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
6-8 drops vanilla crème stevia, to taste .
4 drops peppermint extract, to taste
3/4 cup double-strength coffee
1/2 tsp of NomaH

1. Add milk, cacao powder & stevia to a small sauce pan, med-low heat. Stir frequently for 2-3 mins.
2. Once cacao powder has dissolved stir in the peppermint extract & NomaH.
3. Pour the coffee in your favorite mug/glass, add the milk mixture on top.
4. Add a peppermint on top with light chocolate shaving, optional ☺️

35 calories. 1g protein. 0g sugar (not including chocolate shaving)
